The Amazon creator Jeff Bezos to stepdown as CEO , who is been working as CEO of Amazon from 1977. Which has been now nearly more than 30 years. The Amazon which initially started as an E-book store. And later upgraded and transform into a giant Ecommerce website and Entertainment service provider too (like Amazon prime & music).
But now, on Tuesday company announced that Jeff Bezos will step down as CEO later this year.

In his Blog Post, Jeff Bezos shared that He has been planning to focus on some new products and at research for Amazon. Now he will have more time to explore and dedicate more time towards the side project like Blue Origin (space exploration Company), look after his The Washington Post and his philanthropic in initiatives.
Beside this Jeff Bezos is the biggest shareholder in the Amazon. Which means that he will have a great influence over any decision made by Amazon on future project.

He convinced his parents and get some friends to make investment in his ideas. And Amazon started operating from the Bezos Seattle Garage from July 1665.
Before National Enquirer could published story of Bezos having affair with the Television host. Bezos announced his divorce with Mackenzie Scott on 2019. After divorce Mackenzie Scott received a stake nearly worth around $40 billion. However she decided to give away 50% of his stake to charity.

Amazon has excelled far from selling books. It has large variety of options for the consumers. The amazon produces movies, sells sofa, his own grocery chains and even has his space exploration to send satellites. Currently, The Amazon is one of the top most valuable company in world which worth approximately to 1.7 dollars trillion.
At the time of the Coronavirus Pandemic, amazon provides advantage to consumers as they are not allowed to use malls and markets. The company is making record profits from past 3 months of 2020. And its four months revenue was nearly recorded around the $100 billion for first time.
The Bezos current net worth is around $180 billion. And was the richest person in the world at 2020. Sometimes, he stepped into the lame light by getting featured on movie premieres and the Hollywood parties. The cloud computing business he owns have feature of video streaming and one of the most profitable business.
As amazon has grown so much over the time. They have enjoyed star/ celebrity status in Washington and worldwide for decades. House Judiciary Committee reports on October stated that the enterprises like Amazon makes it harder for its competitors to acquire companies in market and make some modification to rules in order to safe guard the companies.
As like all other big companies in world like Google, Microsoft have step down from CEO or top job of companies created. Only the Facebook which is led by Mark Zuckerberg and amazon remains which is led by the Jeff Bezos.

Gartner analyst Ed Anderson says that he has keen interest in the technology and also he is very seasoned CEO in his own right. But now he will face many difficulties too. As amazon sizes makes other industries, few governments feel less comfortable. So Andy Jassy must prepare to face the real consequences. This will be the beginning of the new era of Leadership for him.
