As in terms of pricing the OnePlus 8T is come around in between pricing of OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus Nord . It is a upper mid-range smartphone which offers things mentioned below. The main changes in OnePlus 8T is screen,battery and cameras and quite small things rest is similar to OnePlus 8.

12GB RAM 256 GB of Storage UFS 3.1 Storage support Glass metal finish on back 4500mAh battery Display:The display size is of same as OnePlus 8 of 6.55 inches. But now it is 1080P OLED Display at 120 Hz refresh rate instead of 90 Hz. It is brighter display too Peaking at 1100 nits. Which make it readable everywhere.
Selfie camera cutout is in corner (punch hole display) . The display Quality is really good and you will have smooth experience while using display. Thanks to 120 Hz refresh rate .
Little downside of display is this is not quite Flagship display it has some rainbow accent on display . And it doesn't get as quite as dim flagship screen does. But , overall display quality is good and most of time you will feel like using a flagship display.
Talking about pro the display is flat, OLED support, No notch and thick chin and support of 120 Hz refresh rate. My verdict is overall Good display in this price range.
Battery:The battery capacity is bigger which is 4500 mAh battery. And it comes with support of WARP charge 65 which help to charge your battery immensely faster. It is even faster than the old Dart charger .
You can charge your battery fully from 0 To 100% in about 40 minutes. The biggest Question for anyone is heat management and battery health with this WRAP65. Let me tell you that It does get little bit warm on back but it never get that much hard while charging. Talking about the battery health yeah there is phone which works in this Technology for quite time and they have optimised the software according to WRAP65 , and talking about you get some software measure like restricting charge upto 95% which overall protect your phone from potential damage.
It is a big advantage as we all want to do our work and stuff faster. Who doesn't want to have a Quick charger. And the battery backup is also really Good once you Got your device fully charged.
According to price if OnePlus has provided wireless charging support i would be more pleased but anyway it depends on customer taste .
Cameras:
The Rear camera setup is pretty have big cutout in comparison to the OnePlus 8.On surface it looks like a massive change but if you look more closely and in depth it felt like it's not a very big update. Rather, to compete with big Flagship OnePlus has made change in its design.
Quad Rear camera setup with Duo LED Flash on its back. The main camera sensor is as same of OnePlus 8 ,Oneplus 7T which is 48MP Sony IMX586 Sensor.
Second sensor is 16MP Ultra-wide lens with 123° view helps to capture wide images. And third one is 5MP Macro Sensor and fourth one is 2MP Monochrome sensor.
The picture Quality is good having decent amount of sharpness, Auto-Focusing , dynamic range. The only difference between the OnePlus 8 and 8T is post processing of photos . Few times it misses exposure on darker subject but usually it is doing pretty Good job in terms of photos and videos.
But if you look at competition you can have a better camera device at this price segment. If you're fine with pretty Good photos then this is also a good option for you. But if you're looking for better photos and video you can have look at iPhone and samsung flagship too.
Conclusion:The overall phone is great at this price range . And you can go with this phone . You will have smooth experience in terms of gaming, multimedia consumption and to connect. It's a all-rounder package. You will have option to use Android 11 and New Oxygen OS 11.

The price,specs are good but there is only 2 color options that is mint blue and silver one. The mint blue personally i don't like that much i am expecting OnePlus will give some Black or Red colors.
