 At one side other Telecom operators are fighting to get 5G in India. And there is Bharti Airtel who shocked the Market today by making 5G service live in India.

What is the Airtel 5G speed in India?

They achieve this 5G service on their existing 4G spectrum.  They will use both 4G LTE as well as 5G services on this 4G spectrum. 

The Airtel claimed that the 5G will be 10 times more faster with 10X latency and 100X concurrency than the 4G LTE speed we use currently.

Not only this the Bharti Airtel made it available for commercial use in Hyderabad. Currently people in Hyderabad using this 5G internet service to download movies and High quality files in few seconds.

The full hands on experience can be acquired once 5G spectrum is made available in India and approval from government received.

Bharti Airtel demonstrate the 5G service on their previous 1800 MHz Band spectrum by modifying it, through non-standalone internet technology. It is capable of running both 4G as well as 5G from same spectrum block.
